On 18 February 2023, Dentum turned 10 years old.
As the big day approached, we thought about the importance of commemorating this important date and all it implies. We think that anniversaries are more than just milestones; we believe they are an opportunity for all of use to stop and think about the journey we’ve taken so far that has made Dentum what it is today, and to each recognise our own personal role in making this happen.
With that in mind, we are not boasting. Or bragging. We are just pleased, grateful and proud to have made it this far, together. In these times when it is so easy to feel disconnected, our anniversary presents an opportunity to celebrate the culture and values of Dentum, but to also strengthen the feelings of friendship and togetherness that we so carefully nurture.
Every year, we examine a number of different metrics from the year before to “measure” our success and to make decisions on what to focus on going forward, and what we can do to always go the extra mile for our patients, which is why they love us. In celebrating this anniversary, we decided to look back on some of the moments that have shaped us.
So much has changed over the years at Dentum. However, so much has fortunately remained the same! The company was established in 2013 with the aim of providing a level of dental service we thought was lacking. To offer patients a dental experience so comfortable it was more like spending time with family. We believed that we were small enough to keep it personal, but still large enough to provide premium quality services. Over the years, we have fiercely protected our fundamental values and our dedication to remain true to our roots, as we humbly and proudly outline how we’ve grown, where we came from, and where we are going.
We are intensively thinking about the relationships we have built with our patients, families and friends who have boosted our business forward, long-term partnerships that have developed and strengthened over time, and new partnerships that are promising exciting future opportunities.
As we celebrate our 10th anniversary and think about what it means, we express our deepest gratitude to all our patients. This year will be full of opportunities for them, to build new relationships, overcome unavoidable challenges, and create opportunities for new smiles.
